Stop, Breathe & Think mindfulness app now available to AmeriHealth New Jersey members

AmeriHealth New Jersey members now have access to the mindfulness and meditation app, Stop, Breathe & Think. This award‑winning app can help support members and their families during this challenging time, which may cause increased stress. We are offering Stop, Breathe & Think at no cost to groups or members for two months.

Benefits of using Stop, Breathe & Think include effective ways to alleviate feelings of anxiety, reduce stress, breathe more mindfully, and much more.

How to get started

To get Stop, Breathe & Think premium access, members should follow these steps:

Visit the Stop, Breathe & Think website and enter the following code: ahnjmindful (case sensitive)
Select the All Ages + Kids Monthly option, no payment method required
Sign up by entering email address and a password
Download the Stop, Breathe & Think app from the Apple Store or Google Play
Open the app on their phone or tablet, sign in, and start relaxing!

Members can get started today and can redeem the code up until June 15, 2020. Once it is redeemed, members will have premium access to all of Stop, Breathe & Think’s features for two months.

When the initial 60‑day premium access trial is over, all users will still have free access to the standard offering of 30 tracks and will have the opportunity to subscribe to premium content at a discounted rate. Members will not be charged anything if they wish to discontinue after the 60 days. They can simply do nothing, and their access will automatically end.

Stop, Breathe & Think is available to all AmeriHealth New Jersey individual and family plan members and fully insured group members. All digitally engaged members will receive a communication about this.
