We’re pleased to introduce our 2020 Blue Solutions portfolio for small employers. Through our comprehensive suite of products, we’re delivering smarter, better health care and empowering members to stay healthier and save money.

To continue to provide small employers with competitively priced coverage options, we added two new plans to the Blue Solutions portfolio for 2020. We also enhanced our existing plan benefits to offer greater value.

Portfolio enhancements for 2020
|
|
This year, we’re offering two new plans:
|
- The Keystone HMO Gold Secure plan ($1,000/$40/$80/$650) has the same copays as the popular Gold Preferred plan but also includes deductibles on major services.
- The Keystone HMO Silver Proactive Value plan leverages the same tiered network as our Proactive plans but also includes a deductible on all tiers.

Here are some more great enhancements to our portfolio:
|
- More affordable telemedicine visits through MDLIVE: Members can take advantage of reduced copays in most plans to access 24/7 care for non‑emergencies.
- Coverage for tele‑behavioral health services: Tele‑behavioral health coverage in all plans gives members the option to talk with behavioral health providers by phone or video chat.
- More choice for filling prescriptions: Walgreens will participate in the Preferred Pharmacy network. Additionally, members in all Blue Solutions plans can get a 90‑day supply of maintenance medications at Walgreens retail pharmacies for the same cost‑share as mail order.
- Access to the GlobalFit® Anywhere app: This pay‑as‑you‑go app offers members discounted pricing and the flexibility to schedule classes, such as yoga and kickboxing, and workouts based on location, budget, fitness goals, and activity preference. There are no membership fees, class limits, or class cancellation fees.

Additional benefits help lower the total cost of care

We continue to offer small employers the option to pair our health plans with dental, supplemental, and travel insurance plans for a holistic approach to managing their employees’ benefit needs:

- Standalone dental plans: All Blue Solutions medical plans include in‑network pediatric dental benefits for children up to age 19. Employers can purchase our standalone family and adult dental plans administered by United Concordia Companies, Inc. Our standalone Family PPO dental plans offer richer pediatric benefits, plus dental benefits and savings for adults designed to help maximize members’ dental dollars.
- Guardian® supplemental insurance: Life, disability, accident, critical illness, cancer, and hospital indemnity coverage provides employees with financial safety and security in the case of unexpected illness or injury.
- GeoBlue® international health insurance: Short or long-term coverage gives employees who travel or work internationally access to high‑quality, convenient health care services.

Renewing customers will receive renewal information and one or more recommended plans that offer premium savings. Please note: We are discontinuing our Keystone DPOS Silver Classic $4,250/$25/$50/70% plan for 2020. For affected customers, we will recommend an alternative plan in their renewal package. Also, please review our online renewal guide.
