Telemedicine: 24/7 access to quality care

MDLIVE offers your employees a convenient, cost‑effective option for quality care for common health issues — anytime, anywhere — over the phone or on a computer. Give your employees an option that helps them skip the waiting room and stay on the job. Being able to easily take care of their health concerns will help employees feel better and remain productive.

A doctor is only a few clicks away

Telemedicine is a fast, affordable way for your employees and their covered family members to get care for common, non‑emergent medical issues, including:

  • Allergies
  • Asthma
  • Cold and flu
  • Nausea and vomiting
  • Pink eye
  • Rashes
  • Sinus infection
  • Sore throat
  • Urinary tract infection

Employees have the option to talk to a doctor either by phone or video chat. They can even send the doctor photos of their symptoms (of a rash, for example), if needed.

  • Treat more than 50 routine non-emergent medical conditions
  • Adhere to the highest quality standards and NCQA and URAC guidelines

Have employees activate their account

Encourage employees to activate their account before they get sick. They can text IBX to 635-483 to chat with Sophie, a virtual assistant who will walk them through the registration process through a text conversation, or register online.

Consider sharing our member flyer with your employees.
