We understand and share your interest in getting employees vaccinated. The distribution and delivery of the vaccine is being directed by the Federal Government, the State Government, and local jurisdictions. Vaccine supplies are limited and will likely be limited for the foreseeable future.

Independence will continue to support your efforts to ensure your employees have access to COVID‑related treatment, including vaccines. Independence has been supporting vaccine administration for first responders in Philadelphia.

When your employees meet the eligibility criteria developed by the Federal Government and the Pennsylvania Department of Health (or the Philadelphia Department of Health, as appropriate), Independence will cover the cost of vaccine administration, based on its availability.
