Update on benefit changes related to COVID‑19

At Independence, our top priority is to ensure members receive the care they need during the COVID‑19 pandemic. We continue to regularly assess the current environment for ways to help members, providers, and our clients during this time. As a result, we will extend many of the benefit changes we implemented in response to the COVID‑19 pandemic.

Below is a link to a document outlining all the benefit changes we have made over the last few months and their expiration dates. Independence is extending most COVID‑19 provisions through either September 30, 2020 or December 31, 2020.
