B. PHL Innovation Fest is back for its second year with a focus on Innovation with a Purpose. With over 100 sessions happening virtually September 15 – 17, you can hear from speakers on a variety of topics to help your organization innovate and to keep your employees engaged, inspired, and learning. Registration is free, sessions are an hour or less, and you can attend as many or few as you like, making it easier than ever to be part of the festival!

Customers can join a B. PHL Inspiration Journey and go "behind‑the‑scenes" with three host companies to talk with them about what they're doing in a particular space. This year's journeys focus on Innovating through Economic Recovery and Innovating to Impact Social Justice. Journeys occur in small cohorts, which afford the opportunity to network and share ideas with cohort members.
