We are educating small group customers about the new metallic products that will be available as the health care law goes into full effect, through a series of mailings timed to each customer's renewal date.

In mid-July, all small group customers will receive an overview with a summary about the impacts of the health care reform law for small businesses. Following this initial overview mailing, we will send a series of monthly mailings to provide more information on new products and capabilities and account administration changes. We will share copies of these materials with you prior to release and provide training sessions to help you prepare for discussions with your customers.
