Deadline for your 2022 renewal changes

We are reaching out to let you know that renewal season is here. In our continued efforts to deliver your groups the highest level of customer service, we want to make you aware of some important reminders at this time of year.

The recently announced Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) and Transparency in Coverage Rule (TCR) requirements indicate that we must include the in‑network and out-of-network deductible, as well as out-of-pocket maximum limitations on ID cards.

With this change, all plan members whose groups renew for January 1, 2022, will have new ID cards prior to that date.

To help us meet that expectation, we are asking that your groups please return signed renewal proposals and confirmation of any benefit changes by November 1, 2021. Earlier notification of the plan changes will ensure timely distribution of the ID cards.
