AmeriHealth New Jersey is pleased to announce our 2021 Large Group Fully Insured Broker Bonus Program will run through December 31, 2021. Please note the following:

- $100 per contract bonus
- The bonus is paid directly to the producer for any group over 250 enrolled contracts
- Maximum payout of $9,900 per group
- Effective dates of October 1 — December 31, 2021
