Coming Soon: Pull Your MLR Rebate Impact Lists in Sales Portal

We are pleased to announce that brokers and consultants now have the ability to access their MLR Rebate Impact Lists in Sales Portal. This new tool can be found within the Broker Reports applet in Sales Portal and currently contains the MLR data from 2019. Information from 2020 will be available on September 27. Checks will be uploaded by market segment and impact lists will contain all information as found in previous distributions. Check numbers will be finalized right before the mailing distribution and will be added to the lists on October 11. What's changing with MLR Rebate Impact Lists?

Currently, the AmeriHealth New Jersey sales representatives manually break out and send MLR Rebate Impact Lists to broker and consultant partners. In an effort to make the report distribution more efficient, we have enabled brokers and consultants to pull their own lists at their convenience. Primary and producing agencies will also have the ability to pull their own reports. Reports are tied to customers' ROAM code. If your firm has multiple ROAM codes, you’ll need to log in to each code to pull the associated rebate report. This will be the last year AmeriHealth New Jersey sales representatives send emails containing the impact lists.

How to access your MLR Rebate reports
|
- Log in to Sales Portal.
- Select the Broker Reports applet.
- Choose the desired rebate category.
- Insert "2020" in the Year text box and hit "Search" to pull up the full impact file for the desired rebate, or enter filters pertaining to the specific group or check you are searching for.
