AmeriHealth New Jersey is pleased to announce our 2021 Q4 Small Group Broker Bonus Program will run through December 31, 2021. Please note the following:

- The bonus is paid to the AmeriHealth New Jersey recognized General Agent, of which the full $75 is paid to the producer
- Minimum of 10 contracts sold
- Effective dates of October 1 – December 31, 2021
