Yardi Introduces RENTCafé Classifieds

Property marketers can create, track and optimize rental listings with enhanced ad posting tool within RENTCafé

Companies using RENTCafé® by Yardi® can now attract and convert more rental leads using the recently enhanced RENTCafé® Classifieds™ tool to create compliant, trackable classified ads for Craigslist. RENTCafé is a full marketing and leasing solution for multifamily properties featuring social media and reputation management tools, plus online leasing, rent payments and maintenance requests.

Creating classified ads to digitally market rental units has traditionally been a tricky process. RENTCafé Classifieds reduces the potential for errors and drives marketing opportunities by making it easy to author content-rich classified ads. This involves using intuitive drag and drop widgets to define amenities, photos and other fields.

Property managers and marketers using RENTCafé Classifieds can:

• Reuse content by creating templates with easy drag and drop content widgets, making it simple to publish new posts more efficiently.
• Streamline posting by retrieving content and images from RENTCafé using any computer. Not having to coordinate image files across multiple devices saves time and space.

In addition, the updated classified posting tool allows property managers to develop and schedule ads for a specific unit or particular floor plan, resulting in quick production of multiple unique posts that all lead to one property. Unique posts reduce the risk of having ads hidden or "ghosted" by Craigslist.
