IREIT Global Group Pte. Ltd. Selects Yardi Voyager 7S for Asset and Property Management

IREIT uses mobile-enabled Software as a Service platform to manage the trusts' office properties

IREIT Global Group Pte. Ltd., the manager of IREIT Global ("IREIT"), a Singapore listed Real Estate Investment Trust ("REIT") with a European-centric investment portfolio that includes assets  in the German cities of Bonn, Munster, Darmstadt and Munich, has selected Yardi Voyager® 7S, a mobile-enabled, tablet-compatible Software as a Service technology platform.

IREIT will also adopt Yardi Advanced Budgeting & Forecasting™, an automated solution that delivers accurate budget projections for revenue and expenses using tenant lease data drawn from Yardi Voyager.

As such, we chose Yardi for its unique combination of technology, innovation and its localised technical support in Singapore and Europe. This solution is mobile, compatible and user-friendly which gives us the ease to manage our asset and property management operations as well as our financial management of the REIT.
