Tokio Marine HCC – Stop Loss Group (TMHCC) announces their new stop loss policy forms.


TMHCC has updated, modernized, and refiled its stop loss policy forms in every domestic United States jurisdiction. This consolidated and more efficient policy will help streamline business sold with TMHCC. The new “2020” stop loss policy forms will be issued beginning with March 2021 effective dates. The following information is being provided for your reference to help you understand the changes and how they will apply to your clients' stop loss policies moving forward.
