Beth Hester had been promoted to Assistant Vice President of Claims. Since joining TMHCC in 2014, Beth has been an influential leader for TMHCC and our clients. Her 25 years of stop loss experience and thorough knowledge of our process will allow TMHCC to continue providing strong turnaround times and accuracy for our clients.
Erica Kent has been promoted to Clinical Nurse Manager over the Cost Containment team. Erica joined TMHCC in 2014 and served as a Specialty Claims Nurse focusing on organ and stem cell transplants. She has over 20 years experience working with adult and pediatric hematology/oncology and transplant patients. Her knowledge and experience in the clinical industry and relationships with TMHCC’s vendors will help provide the support necessary to identify potential savings for our clients. Erica will be TMHCC’s main point of contact for vendor and client relationships when determining cost savings opportunities.
Cindy Weaver has been promoted to manager of the Claims Client Representative (CCR) team. This new role will help build consistency and a streamlined process for our clients. Cindy’s 14-year TPA experience will help us continue to strengthen TMHCC's producer relationships.
