Marketing/Underwriting Update:
• Sold 480 new accounts
• Renewed over 2,000 accounts • Received over 22,000 new business RFPs
• Grown our captive business to over $300 million
• Conducted over 1,100 producer visits to our valued partners
Claims Update:
• Issued over 28,000 claim reimbursement checks
• Average turnaround time of 3.7 days in the second quarter of 2019
• $8.6 million in claims savings by our Specialty and Preliminary Claim Units
Innovative Solutions:
• Increased our simultaneous funding deadline from 7 to 10 days at the end of the policy period
• Introduced Claims Client Representatives to our team to better serve our producers and policyholders • Rolled out On Call International's air ambulance solution to the market
• Built new systems for our nearly 1,000 organ transplant coverage customers
