Yardi Acquires EnerlianceIn 2014, Yardi acquired Enerliance, a leading developer of building intelligence software.Enerliance produces the Load Based Optimization System (LOBOS), an intelligent HVAC platform that significantly reduces energy consumption in large buildings and campuses. LOBOS also enables automated demand response participation and system-level fault detection and diagnostics. This is a winning combination for clients of both organizations," said Raymond A. Pustinger, president of Enerliance at the time of the acquisition.
