Randell Properties Adopts Yardi Genesis2™ to Achieve a More Dynamic Business Environment

Real estate investor Randell Properties will use the Yardi Genesis2™ platform as it prepares for future growth.

Yardi Genesis2, designed for small to mid-sized property portfolios, gives Randell a comprehensive property and tenant database with report writing capability that includes more than 140 industry-standard reports.

"We need a Web-based, cloud-hosted technology platform that can keep pace with the dynamic environment we operate in. The mobile capability and flexibility of Genesis2 are compatible with our business expansion plans and were the principal strategic considerations that guided our selection," said Michael Pettifer, portfolio manager at Randell Properties.
