SMART Immobilien GmbH Selects Yardi Voyager 7S for Multiple Property Management Solutions

German asset and property manager SMART Immobilien GmbH will eliminate manual processes in several of its business operations by adopting Yardi Voyager® 7S as its new property management and accounting system.

"We decided to make Voyager our new property management system because the internal efficiency and productivity enabled by automated workflows is increasingly critical to our success in tendering for new business," said Markus Safarowsky, Managing Director of SMART Immobilien. "The scalability of Voyager is also important as we anticipate expansion of our portfolio."

SMART Immobilien will also implement Yardi Fixed Assets™ to record and monitor fixed assets from purchase order issuance through purchase, use and final disposition; and Yardi Inspection™, which SMART Immobilien will use to schedule and perform asset and property inspections on mobile devices.

"Voyager will help SMART Immobilien achieve its marketplace goals and internal initiatives by enabling multiple business operations to be performed from a single platform," said Neal Gemassmer, vice president of international for Yardi.
