Market Tech Selects Yardi Voyager 7S for Property and Development Management

Market Tech, the owners of London’s Camden Markets and Hawley Wharf, chooses Yardi’s integrated real estate platform Yardi Voyager® 7S to manage its commercial, leisure, and residential assets.

Voyager® 7S is a browser-agnostic, tablet-compatible solution which Market Tech will use as it’s construction and property management, lease administration and property accounting software platform.

“Centralising our property operations on the Voyager system will provide the Group with a market leading streamlined solution to our accounting and asset management processes.” comments Andrew Bull – Chief Financial Officer, Market Tech. “The mobile nature of Voyager will enable our staff to manage the Group’s commercial, residential and leisure assets in a more dynamic and efficient manner.”

Market Tech Holdings, an AIM listed Technology and Real Estate Company and developer of Hawley Wharf, has an impressive mixed portfolio of historic and modern retail, residential, and leisure assets throughout the Camden area.
Assets under management will be managed on Yardi Voyager® 7S and development projects costs will be controlled using Construction Management, which is fully integrated with Voyager 7S.
