Spencer Craig Partnership Selects yardi Genesis2 for Real Estate Portfolio Management

UK based property practice Spencer Craig Partnership has opted to manage its portfolio of retail, office and residential properties in Great Britain on Yardi® Genesis2, a browser-agnostic, fully mobilised Software as a Service platform.

The automated property management and accounting platform Genesis2 replaces Spencer Craig Partnership’s in-house database. Genesis2 was introduced to the UK property management market in June 2015 and has been developed to provide a simplified, yet sophisticated approach to cloud based, mobile ready property management for start-ups and smaller to mid-sized real estate businesses.

“We are driving a number of enhancements across our operation by replacing our in-house platform with the security, automation, ease of use and internet access that Genesis2 offers,” said Mike Craig, Founding Director.
