ACH Claims and Commissions Payment Processing


Tokio Marine HCC – Stop Loss Group (TMHCC) has a new and improved Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment process for claim reimbursements and commission payments. This new process allows us to provide enhanced customer service and faster turnaround times.

 

TMHCC’s new payment process is quick and easy to sign up for and allows you or the policyholder to control the timing of account activation. We offer direct access to set up banking information through a secure portal that is controlled by you or the policyholder. Banking information is kept completely confidential and can only be accessed by the person that set up the ACH account.

 

Furthermore, administrators can set up policyholders so they can view their Explanation of Benefits (EOB) documents directly through the secure portal. Administrators can view all EOB accounts in one place.

With ACH payment processing, payments are processed and received by the bank within 48 hours after submission. It also provides an electronic copy of your clients’ EOBs and eliminates the need for paper checks.
