Financial institution will enhance client service and delivery with a single platform for property and investment accounting
BNY Mellon’s Alternative Investment Services business will use Yardi Voyager® 7S, a mobile-enabled and tablet compatible platform, and Yardi Investment Management™ to provide property accounting and real estate private equity fund accounting services for its real estate investment clients around the world.
Comprehensive front office and back office solutions, full business intelligence, and mobility available from Yardi Voyager and Yardi Investment Management will be key factors in helping BNY Mellon provide greater transparency and control for its clients.
“As a complete vertical solution, Voyager gives us a robust platform for serving clients in their varied and widely dispersed investment and property accounting activities. The system’s scalability is also significant as we continue to grow our business worldwide,” said Alan Flanagan, global head of Private Equity & Real Estate Fund Services at BNY Mellon.
“Yardi looks forward to delivering a single platform capable of serving the fund, asset and property accounting requirements of one of the world’s largest and most prominent investment service organizations,” said Terri Dowen, senior vice president of sales for Yardi.
