Client NewsFJM Property Selects Yardi Voyager for Property ManagementsFJM Property recently took steps to prepare for portfolio growth, improve reporting and streamline invoice processing by adopting two Yardi products: Yardi Voyager 7S, the cloud-based property management and accounting platform, and Yardi PAYscan, which scans invoices into electronic transactions and automates the approval workflow and vendor payment process.  “We needed a system that could meet our current needs while accommodating growth in our property portfolio. Voyager was the obvious choice for us” said Michael Mavromatis, finance director for FJM Property. “We will manage our properties more efficiently with a platform built specifically for commercial property management”. “Voyager will save FJM Property time by automatically drawing financial and operational information from across its portfolio.
