Terraplex Automates Management of Multiple Funds with Yardi Solutions
Real estate asset manager Terraplex will eliminate manual tasks associated with accounting, reporting and compliance with Yardi Voyager 7S, Yardi Investment Management and Yardi Investor Portal
These solutions will allow Terraplex to perform investment accounting and investor reporting for multiple real estate investment funds on one cloud-based platform. Seeking to improve visibility and convenience for its investors, Terraplex adopted Yardi Investor Portal to deliver performance data, compliance records, tax documents and other important information via mobile devices.
“We selected Yardi because it offers a single stack solution that will improve our reporting and eliminate manual tasks across our organisation. We can account for our funds’ performance with a single application stack, rather than having to rely on third parties, spreadsheets and disparate accounting systems” said Charlie Raymond, director of Terraplex. “We can automatically compile investor correspondence and distribute it electronically, rather than manually assemble and mail paper statements. The ability to access cloud-hosted data 24/7 from anywhere in the world benefits our investors as well as our directors and other staff”.
