urbanbubble Selects Yardi Solutions for Residential Property Management

Manchester-based residential property management company urbanbubble will perform property management and accounting, plus online marketing and resident services, from an integrated platform.

urbanbubble anticipates gaining a competitive edge in the Build to Rent Sector (PRS), with two new Yardi products: Yardi Voyager 7S, the cloud-based property management and accounting platform; and RENTCafé, then online leasing and resident services solution that includes marketing, rent payments and maintenance requests.

“Voyager and RENTCafé will let us execute effective marketing that will put us a step ahead of the competition in the fast-developing Build to Rent (PRS) market” said Michael Howard, managing director of urbanbubble.
