Clients Enjoyed a Successful YASC Europe

YASC Europe 2016 united over 300 Yardi clients from the UK and Pan-European commercial, residential, and investment markets.

We’d like to thank our valued clients who attended the annual European Yardi Advanced Solutions Conference (YASC). The two-day conference took place in Central London across 15th & 16th November at the Park Plaza Riverbank; a newly refurbished venue overlooking the River Thames.

Conference Classes
With over 80 classes to choose from, clients enjoyed a variety of training courses and gained in depth product knowledge and updates on the full suite of Yardi products. Clients managed their conference itineraries via the YASC App, which was also available to browse through on two giant tablets.

Breakout classes were tailored for executives, product users, and technology professionals who could learn about Yardi solutions such as Voyager, Genesis², Orion Business Intelligence, COMMERCIALCafé, Commercial LeasingPad, RENTCafé, and Advanced Budgeting and Forecasting

The Advanced Solutions Lab
Clients were able to visit the Yardi Advanced Solutions Lab where they could seek one-to-one advice from specialist consultants and gain detailed insight on specific elements of the Yardi software.

Social Media Scavenger Hunt
New to this year was the introduction of the Yardi Social Media Scavenger Hunt; a fun interactive way to get people active on social media and a chance to win prizes. There were six items to be photographed and uploaded to social media with the hashtag #YASC2016.

Matthew Major of Pradera Limited was the first to snap all six and won a GoPro camera, Tina Clinton of urbanbubble was a close second, winning a fitbit charge 2, and Jessica Glass of Pembroke Real Estate Ltd came third and won a £30 Amazon voucher. Thanks to everyone who got involved!

The Entertainment!
Clients enjoyed continental breakfasts, buffet lunches, and coffee breaks across both days, followed by drinks receptions on both evenings and a Gala Dinner on the first evening.

The Gala Dinner was a great finish to the first day. Guests were entertained by a roaming band, a three-course meal and we even carried out a live Twitter challenge to give clients chance to hashtag a YASC gala dinner selfie to win a bottle of champagne. After dinner, our scenery jazzed up a little when we moved up to Chino Latino Lounge to listen to a Jazz-Latin trio band.

Next Year!
Next year, YASC goes to Amsterdam! We’re already planning the event to make it even bigger and better. Clients can look forward to fresh content, familiar faces, and some exciting evening entertainment. We look forward to seeing you there!
