Client NewsArabian Centres Selects Yardi Voyager 7S for Retail Portfolio ManagementArabian Centres will adopt a single technology platform to manage the retail lifecycle of 19 malls when they implement cloud-based Yardi Voyager® 7S as its new lease and property management platform. “Yardi’s single platform approach will enable us to manage many aspects of the retail lifecycle through a single solution,” said Rashed Alothman, CIO at Arabian Centres. “We will be able to drive further efficiencies to many aspects of retail mall management including the leasing process, unit marketing, facility management and also use business intelligence to aid our future real estate strategy.” “We are very honored to be given the opportunity to work with Arabian Centres,” said Neal Gemassmer, vice president of international for Yardi. “This partnership further reflects our approach and commitment to develop innovative solutions that meet the regional needs of specific real estate markets.”
