Yardi is Honoured to Receive a Digie Award for Best Technology Innovation in Retail Property Management

This award recognises the powerful capability of our retail property management suite, which is used by companies around the world to manage malls, buildings and more.

Here are some of the features of Yardi’s Retail Property Management Suite that impressed the judges:

• Advanced retail lease administration – The best features from our acquisition of CTI, plus the strong international features of Voyager.


• Leasing Manager – CRM tool specifically designed for retail mall managers with large internal leasing teams. Complex workflows, splits and combines, and generation of LOI’s and contracts.


• Floor Plan Manager – Visualisation of CAD floor plans overlaid with KPI's like sales growth and lease spreads.


• Specialty Leasing Manager – CRM and lease admin for specialty retail space like kiosks and temporary tenants.


• Sales reporting – A suite of reports for retail including WALE, GROC, lease spreads, same store analysis, sales forecasting and sales trends.
