Montagu Evans Selects Yardi Voyager 7S for Property Management

Montagu Evans has chosen to adopt Yardi Voyager^® 7S as its new cloud-based property management and accounting platform.

Obtaining a software-as-a-service solution was important when Montagu Evans sought a mobile property management platform. Compared to other systems, Voyager 7S also proved to be the most cost effective and intuitive property and asset management solution for Montagu Evans.

Alongside Voyager 7S which handles core accounting, lease management and property management, Montagu Evans has adopted Yardi PAYscan™ which automates invoice processing by eliminating paper invoicing and introducing an online approval workflow. “Voyager with PAYscan gives us an industry-renowned, mobile ready, software-as-a-service solution which our entire team can use to conduct the full range of our business’ services whilst enhancing company processes,” said Andrew Walker, joint head of property management for Montagu Evans.
