Macland Surveyors Adopts Yardi Genesis2 for Company Growth

Mixed-use real estate advisors and services provider Macland Surveyors will enhance business processes during its start-up phase to enable future growth.

Macland Surveyors will increase portfolio visibility and property management efficiencies with Yardi Genesis2™; a fully-mobile cloud-based property management and accounting solution for small to medium-sized commercial real estate portfolios.

Macland Surveyors required a SaaS solution that would enable them to get up and running quickly and provide a foundation from which they can execute its growth plans, while gaining a more detailed level of portfolio reporting.

“Genesis² will set us apart from our competition, enhancing our services’ credibility by using a well-established property management platform. Finer granularity in reporting will give us the tools needed to enable us to grow our company in a crowded market place,” said Steven Macdermott, director for Macland Surveyors.
