Yardi Build-to-Rent Forum: Bristol
On 23rd May, Yardi bought together a mix of build-to-rent managers, owners and consultants at the Bristol Marriott Royal to explore how successful build-to-rent companies are utilising technology.

The complementary afternoon forum covered the following topics:
- How best practices can help deliver exceptional resident services, drive resident loyalty and increase revenue
- How resident portals and workflow apps provide seamless connectivity with residents to help deliver services that enhance reputation
- How build-to-rent managers deliver all aspects of the residential lifecycle through mobile devices and mobile apps
- How real-time reporting and analytics deliver full transparency from investment to lease
- How project and site managers quickly assess job status’, evaluate milestone risks and project delays with smart proptech
"I thought the speakers and topics were well focused and interesting and the quality of discussion excellent.”
Tracey Hartley, Foundation Real Estate

Paul Belson, BTR Investment Consultant
|
With a focus on Bristol and the surrounding areas, guest speaker Paul Belson, build-to-rent investment consultant and Ex Govt/PRS Taskforce member, studied the latest BPF heat map, uncovering how economical, sociological and environmental factors impact on build-to-rent models. In his opinion, which was also the opinion of other consultants in the room, we can expect Reading to be the next build-to-rent city on the map.
|
Michael Green, chief executive of the UK Apartment Association (UKAA), explained how best practices deliver exceptional resident services and drive resident loyalty. With a passion to drive premium service, knowledge and transparency in the industry, he explained how collectively, we can professionalise and improve service delivery within the build-to-rent sector through the UKAA.
